Karakuri Kaizen design: buffer for boxes and cart

System incorporating the buffer for boxes and the cart.

The operator works with the buffer (on the left), with downward forwarding of boxes: the box falls on the carriage and is lowered down for further operation. After the operator empties the box, he/she throws it forward and presses the pedal, the carriage rises, a new box rolls down on it, which also descends to the operator, and after emptying it, he/she also throws it forward.

On accumulation of empty boxes, the other operator with the cart reloads the buffer. He/she fetches the cart with empty boxes. As the buffer and the cart are linked, full boxes are rolled to the buffer, and empty ones to the cart. The cycle repeats many times.
