Dead-level platform for labels

A cart has an integrated dead-level platform. This cart is used in operations with label packages. The operator loads 7 packs with labels on the spring-loaded platform, then shifts one pack on the platform, opens it and loads it into the machine. After the labels have been depleted, he/she also shifts the next pack by pulling, since the spring has already raised the pack to the platform level.
