90° Turn Unit

This module is installed on a production or transportation line, where turning action is needed to move containers. This structure allows you to change container movement trajectory by 90°, turning containers as they move.

1. When press the Foot Pedal, Intermittent Stopper will release container to flow to 90° Turn Table.

2. Table will rotate 90° by the weight of container.

3. After Table rotated, Stopper (Rotate) Module will release, and container will be discharged.

4. The weight will bring the Table back to its origin position.
