Horizontal Turn Unit (Gravity)

Turning unit is built in the production line for changing the container movement direction and moving them further. This module makes a 90° angle, thus changing the container movement trajectory and turning them on the other side without rotating them on their axis.

Unit operation scheme:

1. When press the Foot Pedal, the Intermittent Stopper will release container to flow to the Horizontal Turn Table.

2. When container is on Horizontal Turn Table, the table will tilt using from the weight of container.

3. Changing flow direction to be at 90° direction without rotate container.

4. The Weight will bring the table back to its origin position after discharged container.
