The photo features a buffer storage warehouse used for storing components and assembling batches for core production. The innovative profile allows adding more equipment to structures without much effort. In this case, the storage structure featured integrated Pick-to-Light system, which substantially speeds up the batching process. The structures are equipped with casters, which allow altering the warehouse configuration or moving racks without loading and unloading products.
Another example of integration of GF modular systems would be their usage in large automated logistics complexes. Racks and tables are integral parts of such warehousing system. As you can see, a state-of-the-art warehouse also involves usage of automated AGV trolleys. A superstructure for such trolley is assembled from tubular aluminum profile and a set of components. Therefore, besides fixed structures and plastic container storage racks, you can use AGV mobile devices that move along special magnetic lines. On the photo below you can see an example of superstructure for such automatic trolley.
