Two-Tier Rack with Shelves

The rack with elements of a gravity flow rack is designed for automotive industry applications. The top and bottom shelves are used to store parts needed to assemble the needed product. When a worker assembles a workpiece from two parts, he puts it on the roller tracks that bring it down to the next area. Shelves by which a workpiece rolls down further are made of roller tracks located closely to each other. This arrangement ensures a workpiece does not fall between the roller tracks. As an alternative to roller tracks, a version with guides made of tubes was made.
