Production Line

This line is a solution for one of the typical tasks — moving the boxes to the distance of 18 meters. One of the conditions for designing this line was an initial height of 1 meter. Thus, at this length a box must reach the final destination at the largest distance from the floor. This line consists of two areas: acceleration and movement. In the first area, the roller guides have a big slope, so the box accelerates; in the second area, the box keeps moving by inertia. The structure can be extended to a certain length.
