Gravity Flow Racks

Gravity flow racks were installed in the production facilities to optimize storage and utilization of containers with fixtures. Loading is performed on the side with roller tracks at the highest elevation; unloading is performed on the other side. Thus, ‘first in, first out’ principle is implemented. For convenience, they are located near the work zone. The design load that can be sustained by the rack module shown on the image is 200 kg.
